Project Management

Even if you have an internal project manager or PMO organization, often resources or knowledge constraints dictate seeking additional help. I will bring a best practices approach to your project and collaboratively drive to a successful completion. The best approach is if we can start in the planning phase and to make sure you strategic project gets off on the right path. The project plan and governance needs to fit the project risk profile and corporate culture of your organization to be successful.

Program Management or PMO Design

Designing and executing a Project Management Office is very different then running a project. If your organization seems to have more projects than it can handle or is challenged with executing multiple projects at once, you should look at substantiating a PMO. This can be the coordination point that strategically directs the organization’s projects and insures adequate support and alignment.

Strategic Software/Services Selection

Often before implementing a new enterprise-wide solution, you have to determine which solution will best fit your needs. It’s not about the best sales presentation or the solution that someone “thinks” will provide the best fit. Instead, the candidate software/services should be evaluated against your organization’s unique requirements, processes, and timeline. If done properly, a Strategic Selection can provide confidence in the large expenditure required for the software or service being acquired.
